New Jersey has been in multiple previous reports on how strict and anti-gun the Garden State truly is. How about a Department of Defense employee being told his request for a gun permit was rejected because there was “no justifiable need” to carry.
What does Tumminelli do at the Department of Defense? He’s a civilian worker at the DoD (which prohibits gun carrying on federal property) that is in charge of a counter-terrorism task force that targets ISIS and other groups. He trains and preps agents for explosives and cooperation in an attack. He has security clearance up to top secret.
As if that wasn’t threat enough, we can all remember that not long ago more than 21 million workers from the Government’s Office of Personnel Management had their information stolen. Naturally, Tumminelli wants the firearm to protect his wife and daughter. The state of New Jersey has told him that he is not permitted to take his legal firearm outside of his home.
“So where’s my protection for the services I give this country. Where is my family’s protection, said Tumminelli. Just the other day the former general of the defense intelligence Michael Flynn announced we have no idea of how strong ISIS is nor their partners.”
“Tumminelli has appealed. The National Counterintelligence and Security Center has warned victims of the data breach to be on the lookout for terrorists through several schemes including human targeting … often used by foreign governments to target individuals with access to information of interest to them, according to NJTV.”
New Jersey might as well issue death warrants when they send the rejection letters. There are very credible threats even without terrorists. When asked what he thought New Jersey would need to show as a “credible threat” he responded by saying:
“A body. One of my family members or myself would have to be murdered and even then they would probably say you know what the threat is over because we have ‘em. There will never be enough of a justifiable need for New Jersey. This is a never-ending moving of the goal post for the state of New Jersey,” said Tumminelli.
When will the gun control which is outrageous and unconstitutional end? When there are more victims? No. The end of gun control is a totalitarian state with no rights and no ability to defend yourself from harm. That is exactly what New Jersey wants.
