We can’t make thus stuff up! We know our readers must be tired of these stories, but the anti-gun school agenda keeps giving us more material. So here we go again.
This time a school in Edmonds Washington is suspending students for bringing Nerf toy guns for a special project. The story comes from Komonews where it’s reported the teacher had already said it was OK, but when students started taking the “guns” out to play with them, there were serious consequences.
The punishment goes beyond a one day suspension because this will reflect on the student’s permanent record, and who knows what the wording will be in the record, but we’re betting it will say something like “student shows tendency toward violence and extremist views”.
The punished students will also not be allowed to take part in student government positions and take other extra curricular courses at the school.
Nevermind that these Nerf guns do not even resemble an actual gun. With their bright colors and obvious toy like feel, the only things they have in common with a gun is the trigger. But it’s the quick trigger reactions of these school principals that really should be in question.
This brain washing of school children to make them feel that any gun is evil and anyone who owns a gun is evil is just another part of the anti-gun agenda to attack support for the 2nd amendment.
Instead of teaching them that guns CAN and ARE used to keep people safe ever day, they are taught that guns are ONLY used by bad people and therefore the gun itself is bad, even Nerf guns that shoot suction cup foam darts.

Once again in this story the parents and administrators are on completely different sides of the fence on this one. While the school feels the need to justify its ridiculous actions the parents are upset that school’s just don’t get it. The only matters they take seriously are the ones that don’t matter at all.
Who else thinks it’s time the principals and teachers start facing some consequences for making these kids into villains for just being kids?
