In Oceanside California, some very disturbing events are unfolding. We reported last week about gun shop, Ares Armor getting a restraining order against the ATF due to the imminent threat of a raid to confiscate the names and contact information of customers.
The ATF wanted the names of 5,000 customers who bought AR-15 lowers which cannot even be classified as firearms. Ares Armor agreed to turn in all of their gun parts that the ATF called into question and also agreed to stop selling them, but they refused to give up their customers contact information.
Well now it looks like the ATF decided to completely ignore that government issued piece of paper so that it could carry out an anti-gun and anti-privacy agenda.
According to armsandthelaw,
Ares got a temporary restraining order forbidding the raid; the Dept of Justice filed an ex parte motion (ex parte = the other isn’t given notice or opportunity to oppose) modifying the order so that it did not prevent criminal investigations, which of course meant it forbade nothing. Then they raided.
Unless an anti-gun agenda is stopped, look more freedoms like this to be trampled on. Just as a restraining order will do nothing to stop an attacker trying to break into your home, it does no good against a corrupt government that is bent on disarming American people as well.
Here is video of the ATF raiding the gun shop that has been posted on Youtube and is generating a lot of conversation.
