Surveillance video has just been released of an attempted robbery at a Spartanburg, South Carolina Waffle House. The robbery was “attempted” and not successful all because of a concealed carry permit holder who shot one of the suspects who was pointing a gun at customers and demanding money.
The incident took place in January of 2012, but the surveillance video of what happened that night was just released to the public through Fox Carolina.
The video shows 19-year-old Dante Williams and an accomplice walking into a Waffle House and pointing a gun at customers while demanding for everyone to get on the floor.
But concealed carry permit holder, Justin Harrison does not comply, and just stays seated at the bar stool.
Harrison said he made up his mind he was “not getting on the floor,” that he was “not going to be a victim.”
He said the two robbers “terrorized” the other customers, and then Williams began walking in his direction. Harrison said, “This was the only time. If I am going to fight it was that one time. He was approaching me and I saw that as him engaging me.”
Harrison drew his firearm and shot Williams who died at the scene. The accomplice then tried to wrestle the gun out of Harrison’s hands but then fled the scene after failing to do so. He was later arrested and convicted.
The video below shows the encounter and what happened that night.
While family member’s of the armed robber are saying he shouldn’t have been shot, it’s hard to argue with the facts. The 19-year-old was armed and threatening customers while pointing a gun at them. And when an armed robber is pointing a gun at you it’s not the time to assume that he will not use that weapon. After all, if someone is foolish enough to commit armed robbery you can’t just assume he has no ill intentions.
So what’s the real reason Obama and anti-gunners want to ban guns and restrict your 2nd amendment rights? It’s more sinister than you think. This Video by a survival expert will shock you. CLICK HERE. (Sponsored Ad)
