All plastic gun cases have a slot for a padlock to “secure” the firearm… but what most gun owners may not be aware of is that with the majority of cases the lock is just an illusion – it doesn’t do anything to secure the gun.
I became aware of this after buying the Plano Protector Series Pistol Case. I bought it because it was the #1 ranked gun case in Amazon. I locked one of my pistols in the case and left it under my car seat.
One day I left with some friends and my wife called me because she wanted to take my gun shooting. Although I left the car at home, I had the key to the pistol case lock with me so I apologized and told her, “Sorry, the case is locked…” but she called me a few minutes later and said, “Don’t worry, I got the gun out…” and I replied, shocked, “How?! Did you pick the lock? Did you cut the lock?” and she said, “No, I just slid the gun out…” When I saw how she did it, I was disgusted! She did it the same way my four year old did in this Youtube video:
I knew I had to find a solution to this – and I did with the Premium Tactical Supply Single Pistol Case. After testing around 20 different designs, I was finally satisfied with the way this one sealed when closed and locked. It’s unique to other gun cases on the market in that regard.
This is my first product ever… I’m a father of three, a martial arts gym owner, and a NRA firearms instructor. I got into developing this case because I felt there was a need for it – and because it could save lives.
All my gun cases have a lifetime warranty – should the locking mechanism or hinge fail with normal use, send it back and I’ll replace your case.
I made a link, http://www.GunCaseSale.com/ , that forwards straight to my Amazon listing so that you can read the full description, read reviews of my case, and order. Want to get 10% off? Type in this coupon code: gun10off – the code expires on June 14, 2014.
